Michael Wenaas

Co-Head and Chief Investment Officer, GID Industrial

Michael Wenaas serves as Executive Vice President and Co-Head for GID Industrial. Mr. Wenaas oversees the GID Industrial acquisitions team and investment activities and collaborates with GID Industrial senior team members to assist in strategy development and fundraising efforts. Mr. Wenaas also serves on the GID Industrial Investment Committee.

Prior to joining GID, Mr. Wenaas led the acquisitions group for the industrial real estate assets and affiliated industrial operating platform of Colony Capital and Cobalt Capital Partners, L.P., where he helped acquire over 60 million square feet of industrial buildings. Mr. Wenaas also worked at Crow Holdings Capital and Trammell Crow Company.

Mr. Wenaas received a BBA from the University of Oklahoma.
